To Gib's family, sister, brother, in-laws and friends,
I will forever remember Gib's presence of grace while extending a validating smile, sincere hello and caring conversation lighting up any room he entered, which was many a place over many a year, in support and commitment to family, friends and community--a Johnston trait I was blessed to be introduced with mom, Marie (Peterson) Steacy and Gib being first cousins. My family and I extend to you our deepest sympathy over the magnitude of tragedy, suffering, loss combined during a pandemic after 88 great years. During this difficult time, our loving spirit and prayers go out to you for peace by remembering the outnumbering great years, the great man Gilbert Johnston is always going to be remembered as and this scripture from Proverbs 10:7 NIV THE MEMORY OF THE RIGHTEOUS WILL BE A BLESSING,
Debra (Steacy), Charles and Dawson Fleming XOXOXO
